Consultation Sessions - $75/hour
One-on-one time by video or phone: portfolio reviews, project and book feedback, creative mentorship, career strategy, opportunity finding and submission advice, and fundraising strategy.

Project Review - $250
A written feedback report of 800 to 1,000 words on your portfolio or photobook in progress. Covers concept, editing, sequencing and layout, technical and creative direction, the audiences best suited to the work, the artists and movements your project converses with, and the written materials that accompany it. Includes a 30-minute call beforehand to discuss your work and a 30-minute call afterward to talk through the feedback.

Website Review - $250
A detailed feedback report on your existing site, covering branding, design, organization, photo-editing, project texts, bio, and CV. Includes a 30-minute call beforehand and a 30-minute call afterward.

Social Media Blueprint - $200
After a call to learn your goals, we build a blueprint you can follow on your own, with recommendations on content type, tone, and posting frequency to strengthen your presence.

The Lost Artist Special - $125
A two-hour call for artists who feel stuck. Maybe the work has stalled, or the opportunities have dried up, or you have lost the thread of why you started. We talk it through without an agenda, look honestly at where your practice sits, and leave you with a direction and a few concrete next steps. No preparation required beyond showing up.

Editing and Sequencing - $500 to $1,800
Hands-on work with your project to build a body of images into music, manifesto, or narrative force. We consider the full archive of a project, select the pictures that together carry its truest vision, and arrange them into their most potent order.

Suited to website galleries, prep for a portfolio review, or photobook edits headed toward a dummy or a submission. Includes an hour-long call beforehand to understand the work and what you want from it, and an hour after delivery to talk the edit through. You receive the sequenced edit along with a written review of 200 to 500 words setting out the thinking behind it: the logic holding the sequence together, and what the shape of the edit is reaching for.

A website gallery or a tight project sits at the lower end. Photobook work, where a sequence carries the whole weight of the reading and every decision bears on the next, asks for more time and more care, and is quoted after the intro call once we have seen the archive and understood what the book wants to be.

Creative Mentorship - $350/month
3 hours of consultation each month, plus email access between sessions for questions, opportunities worth weighing, and work in progress. Suited to artists developing a body of work over time who want steady, informed company for the process.

Remote Studio Management - $750 to $3000/ month
10 to 40 hours a month of combined consultation and hands-on work: tracking deadlines and open calls, preparing and submitting applications, managing correspondence, keeping your website and materials current, and handling the administrative weight that accumulates around a practice. We agree on priorities at the start of each month. The role can scale up depending on scope, commitment, and availability.

The heart of what we do. We maintain researched databases of writers, editors, curators, gallerists, publishers, and library acquisitions contacts across the contemporary art and photography worlds, and we approach them on your behalf.

Managed Outreach - $20 per target (25 minimum)
We identify the curators, writers, editors, gallerists, and/or publishers whose interests align most closely with your work, then research, write, and send individual pitches and follow-ups on your behalf. We manage replies and media requests throughout, acting as your representative. You approve the targets and the language before anything goes out.

This applies across every context we work in: press for a new book, curatorial attention for a project, exhibition proposals to gallery programs, and submissions to photobook publishers.

Rates by volume: $20 per target for 25 to 49 targets, $18 for 50 or more.

Media Kit - $350
More often than not, we recommend a polished PDF media kit as the formal presentation of whatever you are sharing. Working from the visual identity of your work, we conceive and design the kit with you, then hand over the editable file so you can adapt it for future use. Includes up to 10 pages.

Outreach Templates - $200
Prefer to handle it yourself? We build customized outreach language for press, curators, or libraries that you can adapt and use on your own.

We specialize in supporting artists to bring photobook projects into the world: finding the right publisher, securing press, and facilitating acquisitions by special collections.

Editorial Press Mailer - $250
A designed email mailer to a curated list of 75 photography writers and publications, including layout, copywriting, and send-out. Effective ahead of a launch to solicit press, sales, and visibility.

Library Sales Mailer - $350
A designed email mailer to our database of more than 500 US university and select museum libraries to encourage book acquisition. Includes layout and copywriting, coordinated with you and your publisher.

Press Campaign - from $20 per target (25 minimum)
Managed outreach aimed at the writers and editors most likely to cover your book. We work as your PR representative, handling pitches, follow-ups, and media requests on your behalf. See Outreach Support above for volume rates.

Publisher Research and Submission Strategy - $650
A researched shortlist of 25 photobook publishers best suited to your project, drawn from an assessment of your work against each house's catalog, sensibility, production values, and distribution reach. We rank them by fit across cultural alignment, audience, geography, and financial framework. Includes each publisher's submission requirements, open call timing, and what they look for, when that information is available. Includes a 1 hr discussion on submission strategy and assessment of what the submission package should contain.

Sales, Distribution, and Financing - $75/hour
How will you fund the book, and how will you sell it? We talk through the financial realities of photobook publishing, including fundraising, retail, wholesale, and consignment selling, publisher contracts, special collections, and more.

For artists seeking shows at nonprofit and academic gallery spaces, where proposals are reviewed on the strength of the project and its fit with a program, and for artists with a confirmed show who want it realized well. Our exhibition design work is led by Co-Director Stephanie Vance, whose experience spans institutional exhibition programs.

Proposal Development - $800-$2500
We’ll work with you to shape your project into an exhibition proposal that reads well to a committee: framing, project text, image selection and sequencing, checklist, and supporting materials.

The final price depends on the scope of the proposal and is agreed before work begins.

Proposal Design - $500
A designed PDF proposal built to the standards these spaces expect, ready to send or upload.

Proposal Outreach - from $20 per target (25 minimum)
We research nonprofit and university gallery programs suited to your work, then send individual proposals and follow-ups on your behalf.

Exhibition Design - $75/hour
A complete design plan for your show: floor plan and wall elevations, sequencing through the space, sizing and framing recommendations, and a hanging schematic your venue can work from. Billed hourly, since a single-room show and a full survey ask for very different amounts of work. We estimate the hours before starting.

Production Management - $75/hour
We coordinate printing, framing, and mounting with trusted vendors, review proofs on your behalf, and keep the production schedule on track through delivery. Scaled to the size of the show, with an estimate agreed in advance.

Interpretive Texts - $.75/word
Wall text, an exhibition statement, and object labels written to institutional standards, in language suited to the audience your venue serves.

Logistics Coordination - $75/hour plus materials and costs
Crating, shipping, insurance and condition documentation, install scheduling, and coordination with venue staff. Billed hourly because every show demands something different.

The Debut - $550
Media kit and editorial press mailer. A first push for artists releasing a photobook on a modest budget.

Career Foundations - $700
Project review, website review, and a social media blueprint. For artists preparing for the next leg up in their career.

Institutional Reach - $850
Library sales mailer and managed outreach to 25 curators and special collections. Built for artists whose priority is acquisitions and curatorial attention rather than reviews.

Finding a Publisher - $950
Publisher research and submission strategy, and managed outreach to 25 publishers. For artists with a body of work ready to become a book.

Photobook Press Campaign - $1,050
